The Rule of Thirds
The Rule of Thirds refers to the aesthetics of an image and how humans find displays done in sections of three, more appealing than other possible display formats. Often times the placement of the image is of the most important factors in the subject of the piece. It is a common misconception to think that the subject of an image should be front and center, however The Rule of Thirds disproves this. You can see by the above images how the rule of thirds is displayed and how the subject is shown through this technique.

ISO
The above pictures demonstrate ISO in that more light is progressively let into to the camera. This is especially useful in dark areas because it lets in the most light and in doing so gives the most proverbial bang for your buck. In the above pictures of Jett, the ISO is adjusted to be higher for each picture. Because this is set each picture is lighter due to the amount of light that is being let in.
Aperture
Aperture relates to depth of focus in an image. This is important in an image because often times, in order for an image to have depth there needs to be parts that are not in focus. I n this picture of Jett, you can see he is in focus where as the background car is not. This provides for a good image because it is clear Jett is the focus of the image and allows the viewer to pay attention to a certain aspect of the image.
Shutter Speed
Shutter Speed relates to the amount of light that is let in when taking a picture. This is important when taking action shots in particular because it allows for a desired affect much easier than with manual settings. The shorter the speed, the less time is allowed for the image to be captured and therefore creates a clearer shot due to the lack of motion that is provided by the settings. When a shot has a long speed the motion blurs together due to the shutter being exposed to light and motion being let in.
The above picture was taken with a fast shutter speed which is why Jett is clear even though he is dancing around.
